Setting Idle Speed...

I'm planning on finally setting my IAC right. I have the directions for setting as per the thirdgen.org article, but it's been less than helpful for me. This is what I know has to be done:

1) Bridge A+B on the ALDL
2) Disconnect sensor feed on TB
3) Start car
4) Adjust setting to ~ 450 RPM
5) Turn off car
6) reconnect IAC sensor feed
7) Start car

This is all easy and makes sense to me BUT I can't find that *^%# screw to set my idle speed! Where is it on a 2.8 EFI third gen? Thanks

yeah, you know how to rev the engine by pulling on the throttle cable right??? the cable is attached to a metal piece that, when idle, rests against the idle SCREW. although i've heard that adjusting this won't do anything because the idle speed is computer controlled.
