Question about engins size?

This post is not to brag or start a flame war. But, I have raced a few T/A's with V6's and won. Now, what size motor comes in these cars. Most of them got me off the line, But I caught up pretty quick for the pass. And I wasn't using the bottle for any of these. Just wondering.

Well, the Trans Am didn't come with a v6, yet the firebirds and camaros did. Trans Am's were all v8 cars, either 5.0L or 5.7L. The v6's in the base models were 2.8L and 3.1L in the 90-92 model years. I once raced a 3.5L intrepid from a light, I took him off the line, he caught up, but couldn't pass, and i was pulling on him until i hit mid 2nd gear, he was still in first, and his car could rev higher than mine. So, he won the race. But it wasn't bad. Now, I think that you might be able to beat some v8 transams, most likely their the 305 version, (sorry 305 guys, not trying to make you feel bad) But even some of those are pretty quick. I just highly doubt it was a 350, i mean, that's the corvette engine, and most likely would have handed you your *** .
