I have to press the button three or four times to lock or unlock the doors. Anyone else have this problem? How'd you fix it?

I have the same problem. Only solution I can think of would be replacing the PDL motor if there is such a thing. I've never really though about replacing it b/c all I have to do is use the slide lock.

ripping apart your door and lubricating the moving assembly couldn't hurt.. other than that, it probably is the solenoid dying.. replacement, probably a dealer part.. I'd say junkyard, but a yard one would prolly go out within a year or two, and this isn't a proceedure I think you'll want to repeat.
