tranny rebuilding
on the firebird...whats a good price to get the t5 rebuilt? The main bearing in the trans is shot. Im gonna keep it and also get some stickers while the GP is going on. Anyone? Fast RS know any local shops? On a side note....anyone thought of a 4 pt roll cage a y-type harnesses in their cars? I want to when i have $.

Try this guy. He helped me with my S-10 Blzer tranny.
He's big into Chryslers & racing them.

He's the good guy, the one I mentioned earlier. I drove from Santa Monica, to visit him.
I once had friend rebuild my M-21 tranny (for my 1967 RS/SS Camaro Convertible) in about 2 hours. I supplied bearings, synchros, gaskets and champaign (his charge for the labor).
He used a screwdriver, pliers, hammer, block of wood. He did my tranny, infront of me, in two hours.
