Before my camaro sat for a almost a year it ran AWSOME and killer.... So as it sat I had parts powder coated, did some porting on the intake, yada yada yada.... Now I am trying ti get it running again.. I reassembled, tossed new plugs in and it runs like CRAP.... Abover 4,000 it PERRRRRRRRRRRRS under 3,000 is knocks, booms, bangs, ect.... Any ideas? I took the plenum back off and replugged in everything and it was done right, but it still runs like crap...

Replace your fuel filter and drian the gas out of the tank. Replace fuel. Start her up and enjoy.

If that does not work, Pull your distributer cap and check the contact points & rotor for corrosion. If corroded, replace the parts or take a file to them.

Did the fuel filter thing... I have yet to actually replace the cap and rotor, but I couldn't imagine it would get that bad, but I will do it and let you know tommrow...

There are no points in an electronic ignition. But I will go for the prob being in the ignition. I'd go ahead and replace the cap and rotor to eliminate those as possibilities.
