this is all from what i got outa posts around here, im not a real guru on NOS so bear with me hear, if im wrong, someone correct me.
1. if you have pretty low miles, then 65-70 shouldnt really need anything replaced for it, but its a "good idea" to do the following, especially wiht higher mileage or if ur thinking about a 90 shot.
2. new fuel pump/lines etc.
3. i heard some people recommend new ignition, wires, coils, but keep same stock style plugs.
4. NEVER use under 3,000 rpms. some say 1,500 and some say 3 grand, so just do it at or above 3 to be safe.
5. a fuel pressure gauge is an excellent idea to make sure ur running ok (not rich or w/e)
6. and this is my opinion. i was watching a preview for Fast and Furious, that new movie, and in the supped up civic i think it was, the guy was running NOS.. he had a pretty cool place to put the nos button..lemme see if i can get a pic.
notice the "NOS 1" and "NOS 2" buttons sticking out of the steering wheel, and i believe that MIGHT be fuel pressure guage on the dash, not sure tho. i would also recommend this. that way u can be sure not to use it under 3000 RPMS

On NOS I am suspecious...I don't really trust it. Though to install it with the mild set up you are talking about theres reall not that much to do.
1. get a new HP coil from MSD 40 bucks I think.
2. new cap rotor and HP wires. Spark plugs I am unaware of cause I dont work with NOS.
3. your T-5 will take it, its the same tranny on the reg Iroc 5 speeds and sadly enough the Rustangs...
4. I would make a trip to a local speed shop and get any questions answered by the people that work with it everyday.

Yeah, fuel's the most important additive. If your pump can't handle the right fuel pressure, you'll burn (melt through) a piston! With a fuel pressure gauge, you couldn't really "fix" anything, but you could notice pressure that's too low, and shut the car off before damage occurs. Shoot the guys at http://www.nosnitrous.com an e-mail; I'm not sure what's involved with their 2.8/3.1 V6 kit.
