Does your wiper fluid spray?

Is this a red wire? I have the same thing unplugged and I don't know what it is. And I had a crappy alarm system with the speaker in the same spot.

Vacuum tubing and washer fluid tubing look the same and I asked if your wiper fluid sprays because of it's location.
I just went out there and looked. The vacuum line goes to a T in front of the washer fluid reservoir, it continues on to the cruise control servo on one side of the T and the other line goes down below the battery to a plastic ball that you can see if you poke your head under the bumper. What it is, I have no clue but that's where it goes. Vacuum reservoir maybe?
I have no clue on the wires, just that I have the red one disconnected too.

the hose is either the wiper fluid bottle(check that dont assume) or it goes down to the vacuum ball inside the fender. you can see that from the underside of the car. it holds vacuum for your heater controls and such. its not really needed you can just plut it if you want. i dont have one anymore on my car.
