v6 power & headlight Q's

Hi all, new to the board. 2 questions on my bird. I have an 88 v6, 2.8 auto.
Looking to make a few improvements in power.
I already have new exhaust, K&N air filter
and a JET chip. What else can i do? What kind
of plugs, wires etc are good for my model
towards performance?

Also, my pop-ups aren't working too well, can i replace them with an assembly from an 87 GTA Trans Am? thanks!

MSD Coil, MSD Wires, MSD 6A Ignition box are all easy to do and add some pep... I have tried many sparkplugs and in the end I am back at stock. I change them every year and I think it works just as weel as 5 dollar plugs.

Yeah your assemblies will interchange up to the 1990 model year, 91-92 are different.

Plus, 87-up headlight motors changed. They used two-pin connectors for the actuators (motors), whereas 82-86 used 3-pin connectors. So you can use any motor from '87 to '89...
