Springs: Update

Got em on with no problem. I just figured that I'd recommend that ANYONE even thinking they might need new ones get the SLP take-offs....I got 4 for 34.95 and sold the front 2 for $20.00.

D'oh! Guess I should read from "new messages" to "old messages" instead of the other way around, eh? How's the car ride?

damn struts to hell. why are they so expensive??? i'd have cruised to pep boys a long time ago if my teacher didn't go preaching that "you HAVE to spend at least $100 a piece for GOOD struts". that's bull. he owns a suspension, etc. shop so he knows what a cheap strut is capable (or incapable) of....but still, that's a lot of $$$$$.

What about those KYB GR2 struts that go for like 40 bucks a piece? I was thinking of picking them up along with a pair of GAS AJUST shocks for the rear. Anyone tried these?
