Fiero Parts?

alright, I'm going to the local pick 'n pull to do a little shopping. they have a rather large selection of fieros. so does anyone know of any parts that would be good to get from a fiero, such as a throttle body, whatever?

From what I understand the fiero 6's were rated with more Hp than an fbody 2.8. That could be because of weight difference, the artical dident state if it was crank hp or rear wheel Hp. You might as well get the aluminum valve covers if they fit there sweet looking.

SEATS WITH HEAD SPEAKERS IN THEM are heaven!
I have a set in my S-10 Blzaer. I love them. Had them for about 8 years.

The intake was made by holley and the TB and have been said to be larger than ours.

SSC, I heard that about the valve covers too.. they'll swap on, and supposedly they're stronger than our f-body valve covers, which means they resist gasket leaks better. They're red, right?

Anyone know if the computers are the same between a V6 Fiero and a V6 f-body of the same year? If they're -not-, I wonder -why- ...

When my 1985 Computer went bad, I was able to get a 1985 computer and ONLY NEED TO SWAP PROMS!
YET...
on some other years, one needs to worry about VATS or other stuff.

I was real lucky. I paid $17 for my computer and someone wanted to buy my bad computer for $17.
Ask the yard for the Hollander interchange information on your particular idea.
Apparently the PROM is the key to making a computer swap work.

The computers are the same for some years I dont know which years but the proms are different. Prom swap, No biggie. The valve covers That I saw were about a 1/4 inch thick aluminum and they basicly looked like an MSD 6A ignition modual come to life in valve cover form. Man I wish a nabbed them could have got em for 10$

I saw a set yesterday. Didn't feel like the effort, then. The yards usually have those Fieros anyway. I'd rather put out the effort for a rear Disc brake set up from a Seville for my 1967 Camaro
