Cam replacement

I was thinking about getting a better cam. My question is if i have to take out the whole engine or is it posible to leave it in the car while replacing the cam. Thanx

You can.
You can also remove the engine, too.
If ya remove the engine, may as well do........ everything.
AND, it all depends upon your condition of your engines' situation, too.
Don't cha love politican answers?

Just what I have been recommended, if your tossing a cam in a high mileage car ya might as well get a gasket kit and replace all your gaskets... You can do the swap without removing the motor. Remove the hood, radiator and fan...
