What would be better for emissions..

Well I failed emissions today, big time.
Hydrocarbons to pass-1.60 I got 3.55
Cabon Monoxide to pass- 15.00 I got 21.99
Oxides of Nitrogen to pass-2.50 I got 5.95

I will be replacing the cat. I wanted to know what would perform better for emissions a regular cat from a parts store or a catco high flow cat. I am going to get the dynomax turbo catback also. I know this won't help emissions but my wife dosn't need to know that.

Try a new O2 sensor too... Tuen it up, run it warmer than a 160 or 180 thermo if that is what ya got.
