what fuel injector/fuel system cleaners are good & healthy for our V6er's?

since i got my car i have been wanting to get a fuel injector or fuel system cleaner for my engine, i looked at as many as i could and i finally chose one, it was GUMOUT XTRA concentrated fuel system cleaner. i put it in htis mornign and almost instantaniously i felt and heard difference. the engine accelerates smoother and is less rought at idle wich is great .

my question is what is the best injector/fuel system cleaner out on the market? Do you guys use them or ignore them? Are they worth getting for every other tank?
what do you guys think?

Almost anything that sits on that shelf at the parts store, or Kmart is snake oil. No point to it in most cases. The only miracle in a can products that I hear anything good about are Seafoam, and GM top engine cleaner.

The one that worked best for me was STP's gas treatment... it's also the cheapest. It seems to lower my idle speed and give me better throttle response. But, nothing compares to when I had my injectors professionally cleaned by Rich J of http://www.cruzinperformance.com - that was definately worth the $$! I had all 6 injectors cleaned & flow-tested for less than the price of one new stock injector!

Where can I get sea foam?? I have been using Castrol Syntec about every 10,000 in the RS with decent results after each use...but I have been waiting to see if there was something better out there for my Z28, as I have never put anything in it since I got it in March, and who knows what the previous owner did...
