question about a bonniville ssei

This is the super charged 3.8L engine. I wanted to know if they put out good power or not? And if they were good running cars. Thanks for any feedback.

ANY late model car, with current technology is a good running car.
HOW TROUBLESOME IT IS over the long run, is a different matter.
The Bonneville has ALWAYS been a Flagship model for Pontiac.
Bonneville was inspired by the place (Land Speed Record) and the 50's facination with the Space Race.
If you look up past Bonne models, you'll also note that it had Fuel Injection at one time, same as the 1957 Corvette & 1957 Bel Air. Same FI systems, too. Those 1957 Bonne FI are worth MORE THAN YOUR HOME NOW.
Honest.
We are talking close to $150,000.
I believe Bonnevilles started in 1955, same as the 1955 Chevy. 1955 was a very special year in GM past. A totally new look for ALL it's car lines. We were America, then, nothing could harm us. We took on the world and beat back all those villians.

No actually what I am referring to is the Tri-Fives (55-56-57) Chevy series. That is a "starting point" of a style, the V-8, etc.
Of course Chevys were around before then.
But, I believe the car name Bonneville first appeared in 1955 model year. And all GM products reflected what started in "that" year (1955).
I hope you understand what I mean.
