Air Intake

This has probably been asked before, but i couldn't find anything on forum searches. I'm wondering if the dual snorkel intake from a Camaro will fit onto an '86 Firebird, and if not, what are some other options for a better/modified intake for my 'Bird. Looking for something mild here, not ram air, and i'm not going to do a cone, just personal preference there. Thanks

Okie, I kinda figured it wouldn't work. Did they put a better air intake on later Firebirds (newer then 86?). Or is there anything i can do to my existing one, like hack bigger holes in it?

Do you have the one with like the black lid on top of it? if so, pull that whole black lid crap off...i noticed a big gain with my K&N and no top.
