hard starting

hard starting

i have 1988 camaro with a 2.8 liter eng.The only problem right now is it is hard starting
after it starts runs good idles good.i bought the car for 900.00 to save it from the crusher. it has about 79,000 miles still overall seems to be a good car. just can't seem to find the problem . changed the following so far spark plugs, cap, rotor, taken the fuel body apart and been rebuilt,wires, O2 sensor cause of code on e.c.m. any help thks

Uh, how about your battery, that could be your problem, a failing battery mean you car may not have anough juice to start, and it could also be the lead to your starter, or even your starter could be bad.

i had the same prob never did figure it out replaced everything ive heard allot of camaro firebirds start like that i had the engine rebuilt havent started it yet though.

hey, my car, same problem. 89 camaro rs. i think its somthing 2 do with the cold start valve... maybe its busted or somthing
try that and tell me how it goes
