The sludge that you can find.....
wife let me have some play time yesterday & drained the oil from the bird. 
gray, thick, gooey sludge. guess i wil do the head gaskets. Found a good thread on filters that explains the process. joy, what fun 
Q: how much more umph will 3.4 (rwd) heads have on a 2.8 with a 3.4 cam in it? ( not sure if this particular combo has been done yet)
FYI: PF52 oil filter will fit our engines. same as found on 95 blazers & will also fit 3800 series 1 engines.
