The guy lives in Eastern PA.
I notice no EGR set up.
How's the head swap coming. Breaking out the bigger hammer yet? I did, when I did my head swap. Distributor was not wanting to come out!

I haven't done the head swap yet, but headers are going on in a week or so. I'm just having trouble figuring out what mufflers to use. I wanted to go with cherrybombs but now I'm think of use two dynomax ultra flo ss mufflers or go with one big dynomax ultra flo muffler dual inlet/outlet.

It flows like that. What do you think?

I NEED THE ORGINIAL TO MOLD FROM. THIS WILL MAKE THINGS ALOT EASIER THEN MAKING THEM FROM SCATCH. NO NEED TO FIGHT AMONG OURSELVES TO SEE WHICE 1 GETS THEM WHEN I HAVE THE STUFF TO REPRODUCE THEM SO EVERYONE CAN GET 'EM.

AND THEY WILL NOT COST AN ARM AND A LEG EITHER. I CAN GET THE TUBING FOR CHEAP LIKE 10 FEET FOR 8 BUCKS. SO THEY WILL BE IN THE 150ISH RANGE IF I CAN GET THESE. IF NOT THEN WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH THEY'D BE IF I HAVE TO SCATCH BUILD THEM CAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO YANK MY ENGINE SEVERAL TIMES, ECT ECT.

Camaro_hunter_d,

If you figure out how to make a set for a 3.1L I would definetly would be interested and would buy them. I don't want to have to do a crap load of bending and hamering to get a set to fit. I would even be willing to pick up a set of stock exhaust manifolds for you so you could see ware everything hooks up, becuase I would need the EGR valve and other smog stuff to fit on it. The digital EGR sits directly on the exhuast manifold. If you would pay shipping I would pick them and send them to you.

Girls girls. Calm down! No one told you you COULDNT bid on them. If you want them bad enough then buy them. Personally I wouldnt NOT buy them just because he said he would make them. Hell he might want them bad enough to just tell you that so he has a better chance at getting them. Bottom line is its every man for himself. Personally there is only a few people on this board that I would TRUST to keep their word. Other than that, forget it. If you want the headers by G0D bid on them.

Well I did bid. I was outbid in under 3 seconds. Was I going to make money off of them? Yes. I am in business for that reason. But would you have had to pay 300 plus for a single set of headers? No. If I would have gotten them I would have charged around $150. And everyone that wanted a set would have gotten them, not just one.

As for the person that offered the set for me to use, if its not the Hedman its no good. I can get stockers from a junk yard, but they do me no good. But yes if they are the hedman I would pay for S&H. But at this point I am tring to get other things done, so it would be a while before I could get to it anyway.

Rs. no harm no foul. really at this point of the day I am so pissed off at so many things I could honestly care less. Personally I feel like wraping my car around a tree I am so fed up with everything.
