The accel fuel injectors I hear of ya'll talking about once in awhile , you guys think there better than our stockers ?

Ok , I know the 2.8 isn't much of a beast , but she will be when I get through

Wayne, when you get your current injectors cleaned, they will work very well.
You really need to utilize (bigger engine, high rpms, etc) more flow, to make a "bigger" injector work correctly.
If not, you'll probably end up flooding the engine w/raw fuel (remember your plug problem?), causing a serious loss in gas milage & performance.

Thanx Karl , I think those accel injectors are the same pd as the stock ones , they just say performace . i dont know I named the topic more fuel .But actually what I was wondernig is what do they mean by high performace , is it just a name to them or what .Are they no differnt from our stock pd injectors ? ...Thanx , Wayne

 

And by the way , How much should I be paying for used injectors to swap in while Im getting mine cleaned ? ...Thanx . Wayne

 

Wayne, I'd find out the turn around time and work from that.
IF it was me?
I'd find another ride for the time the injectors are out.

or got t the bone yard pull some injectors send those ones in and have them done bring a big tool box the junkyards i go to charge a arm and a leg for the dumbest stuff and u cant bargen
