does anyone make headers for 2.8L??

i think i remember hearing that none or almost none of the V6's have headers available, is this true, or is there someone that makes headers for this engine? if not then is there any porting or anything that u can do to increase flow?

Sure, but not for the fbody platform. At least not currently. I can't help but wonder if you could use S10 2.8L headers or Fiero headers? Even if you could use Fiero headers they're generally cost prohibitive and I know of dyno results showing a hp loss with one unnamed brand of Fiero headers when compared to ported stock Fiero manifolds.

i think i found some for the Blazer\Jimmy at http://www.racesearch.com/CGImp/mhp?man=0 &sort=PRICE&app=0&att=0&sub_cat=0&engtype=8446&year=0&Try+Again=Try+Again&mode=sbpn&cat=2003 being the v6's have so much room under the hood, i bet you might be able to customs fit a y-pipe and cat on them, has anyone here ever tried this??

also, wut kinda gain would someone expect adding a set of headers to a 2.8L? is it worth the money?

No way on the fiero ones. The Edelbrocks might, I have them on my s10 and I think both headers could work on a f body, but the y pipe might need trimed.

Way worth the money in my case. On my 2.8 I had Nitrous ,a cam , a holley tbi, and alot of other small mods before I finally got headers. Really added some power... Worth it.

Ive seen the f body ones come up on ebay before. Used , but hey, keep an eye open.
