What do you mean by full tune up? Did you check the injectors? O2 sensor? Idle valve? Vacuum leaks? There are many things to work through. One step at a time and don't panic.

IAC yes. Is it clean? Cap, rotor, plugs etc. etc. How do you know the injectors are good?
Fuel pressure? Temp sensor? The idle on the 3.1 is not adjustable. What did you do?

Re: Yelp I need help

Fuel pressure regulator. $75 Borg warner. Will take your HC to 0. Car will start correctly once again. You will need extra security torx bits as they break when you tighten.

You can check your regulator by simply pulling of the vacuum line, it will be wet if you have that much HC in the exhaust.
