Intake systems

I have a v6 2.8 and was wondering if a cool air intake would make a difference. Any help would be appreciated , thank you!

Re: Intake systems

Depends on which intake you have, if its the one with 2 filters its already CAI and better than just about anything you will find aftermarket, can get a bit more flow out of them by gutting them. Otherwise, depends on what setup you have, the further away from the engine you draw air the better, also the less restriction the better(cone air filter), and if you can have some way to block off the filter from the engine bay that never hurts, though its a trade off if you can't do so without limiting its air access.
