VSS vehicle speed sensor ? ? ?
what does this part do on my T-5 car ? it just through a code for it, the short drive before hand it stutterd like hell below 2K then flew fine ?

Does exactly what it implies, senses how fast you are going, its main function is running the speedo, but I'ts fairly likely that the ECM uses the data for other things as well.
