91 firebird starting issues
Hey guys, it's been getting up around 111 here where I live and I tried to start my car and it appeared as though the battery was just dead. I tried jumping it and for about fifteen to twenty minutes or so I would let it charge and it will finally start up with a little fuss and then run with no problem until I turn the car off. I let it run for another hour to recharge the battery and then turned the car back off and it would not start back up again. I don't know if the heat may play a part in this or not but me and my brother are going to have the battery and starter tested, any other ideas as to what may be causing this?
Also a shop told me that it would be over $600 to rebuild my a/c as I do not have it in my car, right now I can't afford that so is it that hard to do at home or is this something better left to a shop?
