I am looking for a V6 Power Steering Pump Mounting Bracket.
The front Aluminum one broke on my daily driver. I had previously removed the rear steel brace :/
Fits on my 87 firebird V6. My Ac and Power steering pump mount to this bracket.
Part number I have seen for the attached picture
old gm 14102535 part number changed in 1990 to 10137045
Attachments: File comment: picture of bracket needed.

House of Camero was not able to find another one with my description.
I don't see V6 option from like Hawks, Summit racing, Classic Industry's.
Called Local GM Dealer, Parts section confirmed part numbers and numbers change listed for V6 2.8l, But showing no warehouses with stock left on deleted part.

Thanks everyone, I ended up finding one through www.RearCounter.com
Need to set up my Paypal, I have not been able to shop Ebay in a while.
I changed Headers at one point,
I may not have the original lower stud bolt that brace attached to headers.
I ended up removing rear Power steering to manifold Brace, as it was rattling. (apparently not a smooth move)
Looking at one of my old videos I see a missing bolt my oil dipstick used to stabilize on, and another piece of Steal that used to sit above Drivers headers, and maybe attache to AC/AC lines. (I still have brace form AC to Plenum Bolts attached.
AC seems secure. As u can image P/S Pump rattling like crazy till I get brace back on and new bracket in.

I understand. I once forgot to put the steel bracket on the back of the p.s and litlery broke the alluminum too. So needless to say those brackets are needed. Hope ya get her fixed up soon.
I had one break on me one time. Then I picked up another one from junkyard. That one broke as well and I picked up yet another one . So then now I have 4 broken brackets. May be different on your motor but on my motor the tensioner/belt was putting a lot of stress on this bracket causing it to break. So what i did was get a belt like two inches longer and never had the problem again. I had all 4 brackets aluminum welded for like 20 buks a piece at a machine shop. Might wanna try that route.
i had mine aluminum welded by a friend. but my belt is the correct langth, AC delco part. i used to use the autozone brand bit ur right it was like 2 inchs short and it would keep braking my tentioner. 2 bolts holing the rear steering pump support snaped off, there manifold bolts. thast what im thinking lead to the bracket braking. heres to hoping if i replace the 2 snaped bolts it will support the bracket enough to not brake again. the friends told me the welds didnt come out very good and he doesnt think they will last. i desperately need a replacement
I know I'm a little late to the party here, but don't you guys know there is a bolt that goes through the rear brace to where the fuel pump would mount on the engine if it was still carbed and the pump was driven by the cam? I don't even run that particular manifold bolt that the brace attaches to (well, the bolt is there holding the manifold on but the brace surely isn't attached to it). And you can't anyways with the PaceSetter headers as the flanges are too thin.
Oh, and an FYI... You can still get the non-A/C rear pump brace from GM but their stock is low. This part forces the use of the second head bolt hole in the front bracket next to where the bolt normally goes when A/C is installed.
No squeal and accessories all run great . Solid 14 v with car on. I have a few of these brackets if you guys are interested. I can do 40 shipped. Paypals best. I will upload photos.
On my setup the only thing holding the power steering pump up is two of the three bolts that bolt to the bracket. Then bracket goes on with only 2 bolts. The long one from top and the 10 mm on the bottom. That's it. Before with stock belt use to idle real rough. Power pump useto shake bad. To much tension. Thats why my bracket would snap. That and the lack of support from the missing bracket cause it to break. Getting a longer belt fixed the issue for me. Evryones set up is different. On my 6r i removed the smog pump and the ac compressor.
