idling issue. i need some insight.
just 2 weeks ago i put some pace setter headers in my car. also got a full exhaust done. 2.5inch all the way down.
now im getting a vibration coming from the motor between 6-700 rpm during idle. sometimes the car even turns off on its own. i find it weird that its vibrating pretty bad.
when i put the pace setter headers on i noticed that one of the pulley mounts wouldnt go back on so i didnt bother trying to fab up something to mount it to the old exhaust manifold points.
same goes for the alternator. for the bracket that bolts to the back of it.
both the alternator and the small pulley seem pretty sturdy i im not sure it could be causing the problem.
wondering if anyone tht has installed the pacesetter headers on their 2.8 is having the same issue. ill try getting pictures of the pulley im talking about tomorrow
thanks- Aaron
