1992 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyl., 3.1L automatic, t-tops
Hi,
I've been lurking in the shadows here for a while lol reading some of the old posts and now I finally have a reason to open a thread.
I've been looking into purchasing another Third Gen as my daily driver. I already own an 84 Trans Am that I'm working on and seeing as the interior is currently completely ripped out I haven't exactly been able to drive it. What do you guys think about me possibly purchasing this Firebird (Please see link below). I haven't been out to see it just wanted to get an opinion. The price is very tempting

Welcome to TGO!!
Thats a nice car for 900 bucks. Its definitly worth looking at and if it runs good, starts good, idles good, then its a great car for the price. Looks like its in damm good condition. Even under the hood is clean, which shows alot about how the car was treated.

Go for it. Mechanical stuff is mostly easy to fix so starting with straight and clean is a bonus.

And, if you don't go for it, Quinton is just down the road from me; I'll get it.
BTW, I have some extra parts for a V6. Got some seats I'd be happy to give someone just to get them out of my shed. If you live near Quinton, shot me a pm if you need anything and I'll let you know if I can help.
