cant find elusive misfire

Hey guys, for the longest time I have been trying to find the cause of a mysterious misfire and its driving me nuts. other than the misfire the car runs great, and the misfire seems to happen more frequently when the car is warm. it only does it while the car is idling in park or drive.

its a 1992 camaro 3.1L v6 auto and these are all the parts that have been replaced:

fuel pump
injectors
spark plugs
spark plug wires
distributor
distributor pickup coil
ignition control module
cap and rotor
coil pack
idle air control valve

I have also checked for vacuum leaks with a can of carb cleaner and couldnt find any. I look forward to and appreciate any ideas

Re: cant find elusive misfire

Is this misfire a light skip from time to time? If so it is normal, an error in the ECM firmware.

RBob.
