Any of this any use to me?
Got a 2.8 84 under 'restoration' at the moment, just wondering of any of the stuff in the following ad is any use to me (mine carbed, this one fuel inj)
He says he will sell it all for $250 including some new motor mounts also, just wondering if it is worth it for me, will try and get him to $200

If you've got the money and space it could be handy to have some spares. Remember going carb to fuel injection would mean several other changes too. Pump, computer etc. etc. etc.

Meh, looks like a bunch of fancy scrap to me. Honestly I own/ have owned all the parts in those pictures and had practically no interest, a few even went for scrap because I was tired of storing them. Just for reference I had a 100k mile completer running drivetrain I had a hard time selling for $125 motor/trans/wiring/accesories/etc. If I were you id do a 3.1 or 3.4 swap and keep the original carb setup. It'd still look original but different from 90% of the v6 cars out there.
As mentioned earlier you'd still need the wiring/computer/fuel lines & pump/ and a bunch of other small things. Once you factor everything in, the cost of switching using the setup in the ad doesn't make sense.

the heads and blocl would be ok to have, the heads are better then ur carbed heads so if u could just pick those up and u swapped them with t he head on ur motor u would pick up a lil power
