more help please , smog pump and fpr

So I have removed my smog pump just to get to some header bolts, I have noticed it has a small line linked in with the fpr. Whats happening here then? As I see many people removing there pumps but it looks like it would be important for the fpr ?

The vacuum line to the AIR system is to make sure that it goes into divert mode when off the throttle. Has nothing to do with the FPR except to share that vacuum line.
