use starting fluid, if it tries to start, you know it bad fuel, if it won't even pop, you have bad spark.........

Can a bad ignition module send some kind of a signal to the ecm or something like that? That is one of the last parts I replace before the car stop working

Just because you recently filled up doesn't mean you don't have bad gas. There could be debris or older gas that just mixed up more when adding gas recently, or you could have pumped bad gas. I have pumped bad gas and diesel a few times and I have had starting issues because of it or issues with it pinging really bad.
Those codes are for the MAP/MAF and EST. All I can suggest since I don't know that much is to check the connection. If you have a maf then try to clean it using that cleaner for it then plug it back in. I have had several different cars with mafs go bad and they all started the problem was they would die immediately.
There could be an ignition module problem, but there are things to check before you get to that point. A bad ECM is also something to table until pretty much everything else has been exhausted.

Re: car wont start
Don't know if its applicable, but was a problem with my older Fiat Punto Turbo 1.4i.
Car wont start, and mechanic said there can be too many things: coil, sparks, spark leak, fuel pump, ECU, etc.
When replace the MAF with one used, the car start so easy.
The MAF was putting so much fuel inside and the car can't start, the exhaust smell gas so much.
Trying to disconnect it.
