Alright so i know this is a common problem with this wonderful vehicle and i really would like to fix this ASAP. Fuel Guage is constantly stuck past pull when the car is running and while it's off. One peculiar event was one time i ran out of gas pulling into the gas station and that was the only time the fuel Guage moved at all. It fluctuated from full to empty just seconds before the tank ran dry.

Fuel pump is fine, but I'm wondering what parts should i check and where are these parts located. Please help!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your sending unit may be gummed up and getting stuck. The only cure is to pull the gas tank and take out the sender and clean it. Or if the sender itself is bad, replace it.
