Car: 1986 Firebird
Engine: 2.8
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42s
Parts to get off 2000 ls1/6 speed car?
My buddy got a 2000 camaro ss with the ls and six speed. He pulled the engine for himself and sold the trans. The car has a lot of high end suspension parts, adjustable struts, etc. The rear had 3.73s put in it. Lowering springs. Anything worth getting off the car? Any of it work on my car. Plan on keeping the 6 and doing a turbo build.

the rear and the wheels , front suspension is completly different , if it has a panhard bar or lower control arms those will also bolt on the 3rdgen
if u grab the rear u deff need new wheels or the ones off the car or the stockers u have will stick way out , 4th gen rear is wider but bolts in

The front and rear brakes are well worth pulling for putting on your car. Need to modify the 3rd gen front steering knuckles to install, but it isn't too difficult. Search for "LS1 brake swap" for more info.
Front, grab calipers and rotors (no need for the hubs), also the flex lines.
Rear, grab calipers, rotors, backing plates/mounts, and park brake cables (or just get the whole rear including the brake cables).
