What to torque plenum bolts to?

What to torque plenum bolts to?

Hey guys, off the top of your heads does any one know what to torque the plenum bolts to on a 2.8L v6? Im not near my Haynes and have found different answers online.

Intake mani. To heads 23 lbs
Iirc the upper intake is 20 ft lbs...

Definitly don't over tighten them.
