First cam bearing

Hi guys
I rebuild my 3.1 V6 engine and need advice.
I bought this http://www.rockauto.com/info/850/CC404B.jpg Enginetech bearings and first bearing have groove in one oil hole. How should be oriented and why is there? Service manual just say, that first bearing has oil holes located at 1 and 2:30 o'clock
I guess that the groove should be toward timing chain, because of its lubrication, but I'm not sure and little afraid of oil pressure loss.
Thanks for advice
