Mystery Ground Strap in Engine Bay?

Hey guys I got a silly question, I have a loose braided ground strap coming off the firewall in my engine bay. I need to know where this connects to and what it grounds? I think it just bolts onto the plenum but I wanted to make sure. Still trying to figure out why my car loses power at random so hopefully this will help me get somewhere with that

Re: Mystery Ground Strap in Engine Bay?

Found and fixed it today, bolt was missing but by some miracle you can use one of the seat hold down bolts in place, perfect match. Car seemed to idle better a lot better in Park and Neutral when warm. Hopefully this'll fix my losing power issue, will find out tomorrow when the rain clears 'u'

Oh don't worry it was a spare out of a junkyard car! In a Camaro with no airbags and I need every bolt in it's place
