Does it have to be exact replacement?
Can you measure the voltage coming from the ECM when the circuit is active, and substitute a different switch/solenoid that operates at that voltage?
All this gizmo does is allow vacuum to pass to the diaphragm in the EGR valve when voltage is applied to the gizmo, right?

You can have a parts store see if standard motors vs16 is the correct part for you.
