1990 firebird deacceleration problem

Engine: 3.1
Transmission: 700r4 /borg warner t5
1990 firebird deacceleration problem

hello i have a problem with my 3.1 v6
when im driving and i put my foot of the gas pedal the engine revs up a littlebit and "loop"up and down
what can cause this it is since a week or so
can this cause a vac leak or the ignition system ?

Checking for any obvious vacuum leaks wouldn't hurt at all, do you have a high idle?
