I forgot I still had this in storage. It is a fully polished plenum- top and middle that I did by hand for my 3.1 several years ago. I wish I had a dollar for every hour I spent on it!! 80 grip all the way to 3000 wet, then polished to a mirror finish.

The valve covers are from a 2.8 Fiero (cast aluminum instead of the stock 3.1 stamped steel) and received the same polishing treatment. I also made a custom aluminum bracket to mount the coil to the side of the plenum near the distributor and installed billet wire looms as well.

It looked totally awesome- until an engine fire totaled the entire car. The valve covers and plenum survived, albeit a bit sooty(should polish right up).

I may make a coffee table display out of it, now that I have a 5.7 Z28... OR SHOULD I SELL IT??
