Hanging rpms. IACV?

2.8 T5. I got the idle set up but it sometimes fluctuates slightly revving up and down. Problem is when lets say I try to take off fast in 1st gear and switching to 2nd the rpms hang and when second comes in it bangs. Same with 2nd to 3rd, revving up high in 2nd, clutch in and rpms hang, third comes in and slight bang not as bad. Can really tell when coming to a stop . Rpm's hang a slowly come down to idle. I'm pretty sure its the iacv. Can someone confirm.

A scantool can confirm this, but I’ve seen flaky throttle position sensors do the same thing.

This dam 2.8 is starting to **** me off. Runs sluggish , hesitates feels like timing is not adavancing . rpma hang real bad. Man. The 3.1 is way better. Im gonna try a new tps today see if it does anything. I replaced iacv with a new unit and same thing so its not that.
