Howdy all. Decided it was time to replace the 30+ year old MFI injectors with a flow matched set of Bosch disc type with the same flow rate as the stock Delco ones. Now the engine appears louder through the exhaust, and it drives as if only on 5 cylinders. Idle is rough. I tore apart the intake again and checked the injector coils, all which were around 16.7 ohms cold. Stock ones were around 16.2 ohms. I don't see anything obvious, and I've triple checked all of my wiring, vacuum lines and bolt torque. Likelihood of a clogged injector? Trying not to have to tear it apart too many more times, as it's hell on my back leaning over in the bay...

Thanks for any and all input!

I just ran into similar issue after replacing my factory injectors with some rebuilt ones. engine stuttered at idle and stumbled if tried to drive. Replaced them again with a set of Bosch and car runs great again! I should mention I had replaced the cap, rotor, plugs and wires when I replaced the first set of injectors so I knew spark wasn't my problem
