Money for the bird finally.

I will either be using my tax return or the payoff from the regal & have around $800 to work with. Here is my need list:

-3.4 or just a running engine.
-New exhaust: t-pipe back (dynomax baby!)
-Struts & shocks
-Battery Relocation kit
-New front &rear bushing set

want list:
-Tranny rebuild/overhaul
-New door lock on pass side
-Headers
-Ignition box & coil
-Better tires for the new rims

Am I missing anything? I really don't want to mess with the rockers right now, actually want to drive it some first. The engine I plan to get right away is the 28k mile for $650.I know the catback will cost about $150, struts& shocks for $75. batt kit for $40. p-s-t has there bushings for like $100 or so. those I can wait on though.

edit: think I'll just fix up the car & get it ready for the motor. Any other sugestsions?

ME?
I'd get the guy down to $500 for the motor and spend the rest on fixing anything you can, under the hood.
Then after, all said under the hood, I'd go for the exhaust.
