tire pressure on a digital gauge

What should it be ? Thanx !

same as if you were using an analog tire gauge. The hanyes / chilton's book should have the corect tire presure. I think it's either 32 or 34. Well at least that is the rating for most pasenger cars.

Thye recommended tire pressure should be written on the side of the tire.

Actually, on all the tires I've seen, that's the max pressure.

i just went out and looked at my car and it only lists Max. Tire Pressure 44 psi. However, I looked at my neighbors car and it listed Recommended Tire Pressure 30-35 psi. I also remember that the tires on my previous car had a recommended tire press range. So ... I admit that my previous post may have not been very helpful.

Not that this is pertinent to the discussion (but for amusement), the tires on my bicycle list ranges for on-road, off-road, with-suspension, AND without-suspension.
