Wheel recomendations please?!

Hey all,

I'm tossing around the idea of getting new wheels when i do tires soon but am at a loss.

Here are a few pics of my current setup, could some photoshop gurus do a mock up of what they think the best wheels would be for me?

thanks guys

I'm feeling some 17 or 18 inch spoke types like the new ZR-1 or BBS type of design. That or a C6 5 spoke magnesium 19/18 combo.

Any direct fit wheel, is better than one with the FWD looking offset (C5/F4 included) wheels that require the adapters.

Buy something that FIT & doesn't require double the lug nut & $200 worth of adapters. By the time you spend the $200 on the adapters, plus the cost of the wheels, you coulda put the same $200 towards direct fit wheels.

Why do you think I bought 2 to get widened to 11", instead of just widening 2 of mine?

Now I have 2 spare 17" x 9"s!

Re: Wheel recomendations please?!

When you go to look for wheels, like on Tirerack.com, look up wheels for a BMW. Same lug pattern. Only difference is, the center hub hole is SLIGHTLY smaller on some & will need you to take a standard round file to it & ream out the hole, which can be accomplished by, it's so slight.

Re: Wheel recomendations please?!

All good advice guys. Could i see a photoshop of some of these? i'm a very visual person...

I would really like to see a set of black wheels with a machined accent or something like that. Maybe the new 17" black and shiny torque thrust II's

keep em coming!
