what size to go with
so I've just managed to pull off a wonderfull deal on a set of chrome Ruff 281 rims at 18X11 for the rear and 18X9.5 up front with a 1.75" spacer. I'm running a 4th gen disc brake rear end and need to figure out what size tires to go with with the least amount of modifications.
I was thinking 295/40/18 for the rear and 265/40/18 for the front. question is would I be better off with a 35 series tire for the front or should I go wider, I've been informed that a 275/35 can fit (cant see how!) and I'm not wanting to go as extreme as a 315 in the rear as cool as it may be just cant afford it!
What is the stock tire height that the spedo's are calibrated at? I'm believing its 25" is that possible or is it more?

Re: what size to go with
stock tire height is 25.7
275's fit on the front, with proper backspacing ect. The wheel will sit further out than the stock one.
a 295 is kinda stretched on a 11" rim, but will work, a 315 would be best, and AFAIK, the price isnt much different, but they are hard to find
