i just picked up some 18x9's for the 86 i am working on and they have some scuffs and spots on them here and there. anyone have some personal preferences on the best polish/cleaner on this finish?

also the tire size on them are 265/35/zr18. any recomendations on what i can use on the rear to give it a little wider tire. two of the tires look brand new(i assume the ones he had on the front) and two of them look like they need to be replaced.
