I am going to start looking for an extra set of wheels for my newly acquired 82 Pace Car.
I want to set the original wheels and tires aside.

I have a few questions:

1) should I only look for wheels with the red stripe.
Or are those impossible to find?

2) if I find a set that are not as nice can someone restore these back to original finish? how hard is it to apply the red stripe?

3) How much should I expect to pay for a beautiful set?

4) anyone have a extra set?

I may have a few wheels left. Bought a totalled pacecar & still have many parts for it, including half the body. I'll look this weekend.

Didn't make it into the attic to look due to the frigid weather. I'll try to find something out for you.

bought 5 of these - a very nice used set of 4 to drive on, and one NOS wheel to save.
