what the lug

i bought my car and noticed it has lug nut locks on it i forgot to ask the guy i bought it off of if he has the lock for them. so now im stuck with a flat front tire and to bold slowly deflating rear wheels. i cant get it replaced since i cant get the locks off.. any ideas on how to remove them without damaging the rims. i tried to hammer on a socket and just untightening them but i manages to break 2 socket wrenches in the process. any ideas?

Re: what the lug

I had a friend that just ran into this with his truck. I don't know how many locking lug nuts there are. But I remembered the guy who had the truck before. And I worked on it. He got the nuts from o'reilly's autoparts. So, I went there... there was only 2 different types of keys. Granted he had to pay $25 for a set of lug nuts to get the key. But it's and idea.
Also I've ordered rims from discount tire and wheel. They came with locking nuts too. But they were totally different. they took an actual socket. But I think there brand was Gorilla Nuts. The ones my buddy had were like a star(wavy star) insert(kinda like a star bit socket).
And another idea... You can buy one of those nut remover sockets. You hammer it on and then use it too take off the nut. But it'll destroy the lug nut. But That's if you have room to get it in there.
