year one snowflakes

like all of you been doing alot of soul searching on wheels. anyone got pics of the yearone snowflakes on a third gen? i also have tried to get known company's to make a set of custom diamond spoke(crosslace) wheels and no one would even consider. forgeline made a nice set they call TA3 which are very similiar, but only come in 19's, they made a set for someone building a second gen trans am. any one put 19's on third gen? seems like that would be to much? i still like to see some tire, call me old fashion. thinking of going 18 x 12 in rear, 18 x 10 in front. so anyone got year one snow flake pics on third gen?

Re: year one snowflakes

They do look good and am glad to see it because that is what I had in mind to do. Wanting to stay old school looking. Away from the modern style.

Re: year one snowflakes

The 17x9" cast snowflakes are what I'll be doing on my 85' T/A. Love the look and the price isn't bad either.

Re: year one snowflakes

Here are mine thanks to Turbo & JeremyNYR. They Fit like a glove, I did go with the 255/ZR40-17 on the front instead of the 245 after talking with JeremyNYR. I have to agree with him though that we could have gone with the 275's all the way around. I had no clearance issues anywhere.

Re: year one snowflakes

I have 18 inch kmc stealth wheels on mine with 275 all the around they rub a tiny bit when u crank the wheel all the way but nowhere near enough to discourage me from running the tires the car handles a lot better over the stock wheels/tires I went back to my stocks for about two days cause I couldn't afford new tires for the 18"s at the moment and the car felt kinda sloppy....

Re: year one snowflakes

Bota,

Very Nice! I am impressed. Close that fender-wheel gap and you have an extremely smooth-looking car.
