Changed Rims - Do I Need to Change Bump Stops?

Engine: 305 TPI / ZZ4 cam
Transmission: Stage 2 700R4, LS1 driveshaft
Axle/Gears: Strange 3.42 w/ Auburn
Changed Rims - Do I Need to Change Bump Stops?
I swapped out the stock 15 x 7" rims for 16 x 8" IROC ones.
Do I heed to swap the bump stops as well?
Does it make a difference?
Can I just cut the bump stops I have?
Need advice.
